Support Local Art

Oh  this was fun.  My purchases of local art.  The bison is an added touch.  it represents visual art, glass blowing art and wood carving art. it is acrylic and fits into another free frame.  I know, i am frugal.

Garden Guy SOLD in Langdon....

Ok, i hope i'm the only one that notices old paintings getting "add ons"  This painting had a John Deere tractor thingy in the lower left corner..  I just wanted to paint my loose sunflowers somewhere.  Gives it a whole different vibe, for sure.

Lakeside Sold at Gallery4 8-21

oh yes, i'm in the "redoing" phase again..  i changed the background on this and made it more Lakey...  Didn't like the fence and greenery ..
Yes, this feels good.    we are getting tons of snow again today..  I WANT to sit in those chairs, by the lake..

Suggestion from a dear friend to "get rid of the plant"..  SO i did..  much better and can i count this as a "new" painting??    i think so.

3rd Floor Rental Sold in Langdon

Hi art lovers, I am back in my home base.. have several shows coming up.. BUT, geez, my friend, Sharon, gave me a free frame! .. also I'm cutting up some old watercolors (painted b/4 2009) .  This fun one is painted over the bottom 1/2 of the "Pastry Shoppe" painting, {posted April 26, 1013} which I really loved but I have only so many nails in my little house to hang favorites....  ha..
I will be exhibiting at Edgewood Vista the month of April.. and in the Hawley MN show in 2 weeks.. and in the garden show at the Red Door Gallery in Wahpeton, ND and the FMVA  Big Show in Moorhead...   whew...
