I saw a photo in the newspaper (in black and white) when Paul Newman passed away. I clipped and saved it to paint..What fun it was to do.......

He and Robert Redford in "Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid" -- Great movie! They don't make them that good anymore.. my opinion, of course..

I painted this portrait as a demo when I taught a little about "face" painting.. She is beautiful and has perfect features ..her singing ?? not so much!!!

Different Vessels for Different Liquids revisited in

Painted this quite a long time ago. My daughter had it in her home for awhile.. got it back. I had used a sketch (from a workshop) of a friend's "stuff". She had traveled the world. Am entering it in a show where the theme is "Water".. weird title, i gave it, to fit the show.
I took this out of the huge frame and cut it in half and repainted the bottow half.. will post it when it is done.. Sept 2013..
