"Fiddling around in the Garage"

I signed up to do a demo at G4 during the cocoa/coffee crawl.   I sketched this from a painting i did in oil about 50 years ago.  Neighbor, Frank, playing the fiddle at my folks 25th Ann. party in the garage.  The right side of painting is made-up thinking about our (Carl's) garage.  I especially loved the light bulb and his overalls.  tells a story of the times.

 March Theme at G4 is Mardi Gras .. Need i say more?  Yes, it is meant to be her mask ,, not her face.   Oh I had fun painting those "feathery shapes."  Yes, it's been a long winter.
