1-31-26 Just couldn't leave this painting alone. Son, Matt suggested i add rocks to make it look like a pile. I dabbled most of the day on it. Since there was gouache painted on background, it made the pigment milky and weird. you can say i turned stones into boulders. maybe.
I just had to change the background on this painting, colors were dirty looking.. . I covered it with gouache and "oh my" what an improvement. (Had to go into my studio and look/see how to spell gouache again)
I just watched a video of Bob Dylan singing "Like a Rolling Stone" and thought that would be a good title as well. Art and Music are so important to me, as are Pot Stickers, Pirate's Booty Puffs, Cashews and my family. Life is good.
