The object of this watercolor is to tell a story.. a small town story. It was so fun to paint the cinnamon rolls and coffee cups.. In my heart, I believe that their wives are still in bed.. let's hope so!! The cook does not look happy.
It received Best of Show in the Jamestown, ND art show this spring. Juror was Walter Piehl Jr., no less.......
