I'm enjoying painting on this format. It actually took me 3 days to paint this in Acrylic. I wanted autumn leaves against dark sky. I had a photo taken in Oregon in 1996 with a zillion trees and loved the color contrast. I kinda made up the lower 3/4 of this work as i went along. And I used my 'stay-wet' palette that i hadn't used in years .
